Educational Qualifications:
The minimum educational qualification will be 12th and Medical Fitness- No person shall be enrolled as a volunteer in-home guard unless he/she is declared medically fit by the Medical Officer from Government Hospital fit for the job.

Pay Scale:
Candidates will be offered the right salary package of Rupees 19900.
Selection Procedure:
The selection will be made based on the following steps.
- Stage 1: Physical standards and other conditions of volunteers
- Stage 2: Trade Test
- Stage 3: Merit List
The final merit list of selected applicants will be made based on aggregate marks obtained in Trade tests and Bonus marks.
