Educational Qualifications:
- For Level 2 and Level 3 – Candidates having 12th for non-technical posts and 10th with ITI for technical posts are eligible to apply.
- For Level 4 – Candidates who have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institute. or having 1st Year BSc. degree with Physics or 12th in Science with Physics/Maths. or having 12th with Stenography (Hindi or English)
- For Level-5 – Candidates having a graduation degree in any discipline are eligible to apply.
Age Criteria: Applicants having age between 18 years to 25 years are eligible.

Application Fee:
- For SC/ST/Women/EWS/Minority, the application fee is Rupees 250.
- For other categories, the application fee is Rupees 500.
Pay Scale: Group ‘C’ post comes under 6th CPC, and candidates will get salary according to pay band Rupees 5200-20200.
- For Level4 or 5, Grade Pay will be Rupees 2400 or 2800.
- For Level-2 or 3, Grade Pay will be Rupees 1900`or 2000.
Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates for this post will be made on the basis of the following criteria set by the Railway Recruitment Board.
- For Game skill, physical fitness, and coach’s observation during the trial: 40 marks
- For Assessment of recognized Sports Achievements as per norms: 50 marks
- For Educational Qualification: 10 marks
