Educational Qualifications: The candidate searching for the post must have a Diploma/Degree (Personnel Management)/Diploma or Bachelor or Master in Engineering/Technology/B.Com/CA/CMA/MBA/Degree with Diploma (Industrial Safety) from the recognized university or institute.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected solely on the basis of performance in the Personal interview.

Pay Scale: The candidates selected will be offered an attractive pay package post wise as given below:

1. Rs. 50000/- (Post 1-6 & 8) per month
2. Rs. 40000/- (Post 7) per month
3. Rs. 32000/- (Post 9-11) per month

1. For GEN/OBC candidates Rs. 500/- (Post 1) and Rs. 200/- (Post 2).
2. Fully Exempted for SC/ST/PWD and EWS candidates.

Age criteria: Candidate should be of the age of less or equal to 35 years (Post 1-6 & 8), 35 years (Post 7) and 28 years (Post 9-11) besides relaxation for reserved and other categories as per the regulations.
