Educational Qualification :
Category 1 : Candidates should have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the council constituted under Section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act 1982 or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University and Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute and typing knowledge.
Category 2-3 : Candidates should have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the council constituted under Section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act, 1982 or its equivalent examination from a recognized council/ Board or University, Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute and have speed of 40 words per minute in type writing in English (Junior Typist) & have speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and have speed of 40 words per minute in type writing in English (Steno) for S.No-2,3 & 4 Posts.
Category 4 : Candidates should have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the council constituted under Section 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act, 1982 or its equivalent examination from a recognized council/ Board or University, Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute & must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
Age Limit :
- Candidates age should be 18 to 32 years as on 10-08-2017 for Category 1.
- Candidates age should be between 18-32 years as on 18-08-2017 for Category 2.
- Candidates age should be between 18-32 years as on 22-08-2017 for Category 3.
- Candidates age should be between 18-32 years as on 16-08-2017 for Category 4.
Selection Procedure :
- Candidates will be selected based on written test & practical test for Category 1.
- Candidates will be selected based on written test, computer test, viva-voce test for S.No-1, written test, shorthand, type test, type writing test, computer science (practical), viva-voce for S.No-2 & 3 Posts of Category 2.
- Candidates will be selected based on written test, computer test, viva-voce test for S.No-1, written test, shorthand, type test, type writing test, computer science (practical), viva-voce for S.No-2 & 3, exam, viva voce test/ interview for S.No-4 Posts of Category 3.
- Candidates will be selected based on written test, shorthand, type test, type writing test, computer science (practical), viva-voce for Category 4.

Candidates should pay Rs. 100/- through Treasury Challan under the head 0070-Other Administrative Services-01-Administration of Justice-501-Services and Service Fees-0010-charges for service provided-02177-examination Fees for Recruitment conducted by Orissa District & Sub-Ordinate Courts.
