Educational Qualifications: Candidates should be a qualified Chartered Accountant. The experience required for the position is a minimum of fifteen years in overseeing financial operations and preferably accounting and taxation matters or banks/large corporate/PSU’s/FI’s or financial services organizations.
- Of which ten years should be in Banks/FIs.
- Of which, five years should be at the senior management level.
Age Criteria: The upper age limit for the CFO post is 65 years.
Pay Scale: The candidate will get the right salary package as given to a President. There is no bar on salary for the right candidate.
Selection Procedure: The candidate is going to be selected for a period of 3 years. J&K Bank will shortlist the candidates based on the information given in the application form. Then shortlisted candidates will be called for face to face interaction-cum-the interview.
