Education Qualification:

Candidate should have passed 10th from any recognized University/Institution and also having the ability of reading and writing skill of regional language.

Age Criteria:

Candidate’s age should be between 18-26 years as on 31-10-2016, the upper age limit will be relaxed by as per Government rules.
