Educational qualification :

Interested candidates should have completed Degree or Diploma in Public Health or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.

Age Limit :

The upper age limit of candidates should not exceed 40 years as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.

Selection Procedure :

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Exam and Personal interview.

Application Fee :

• For General/OBC candidates, application fee is Rs. 220/-
• For all other candidates (ST/ SC/ PWD), application fee is Rs. 70/-

Salary :

• Rs. 28,000 – 52,000/- with a grade pay of 7600/- for Post 1
• Rs. 15,600 – 42,000/- with a grade pay of 5400/- for Posts 2,3
