Education Qualification:
Candidate should have passed 12th passed by science with Diploma in Pharmacy for post no 1, 12th passed with Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology for post no 2, 12th passed with Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology for post no 3 from any recognized University / Institution. Candidate also has the knowledge of writing and speaking odia.
Age Criteria:
Candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 32 years, the upper age limit will be relaxed by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates as per Government rules.
